Shipping is free for all orders of $100.00 AUD (excl. GST) or greater within Australia. For orders less than this amount, a $17.00 AUD (ex GST) shipping cost will be charged. Items will be shipped within 24 hours of your order being placed, subject to stock availability. Orders are normally shipped via courier to a physical address, but we can ship to PO Boxes using Australia Post. Please contact us for shipping rates for all international orders.
Please contact us on 1300 135 603 for all return requests. Items cannot be returned on orders over 2 weeks from date of purchase, plus returns cannot be accepted if the product is opened. Any item ordered in error or no longer needed can only be returned for store credit. Buyer will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returned goods unless the goods are found to be faulty. Replacement of faulty goods will be re-shipped at no cost after the faulty goods are returned.
